The Rotary Club of Kettering Huxloe is one of over 1700 clubs in Rotary Great Britain & Ireland (RGBI). It was chartered in 1983 and today has over 40 members, drawn from a wide variety of business and professional backgrounds.

The club meets every Tuesday evening (except after bank holidays) at the Park Hotel in Kettering and typically, after dinner, members will either discuss the club's programme of activities or, more often, listen to a guest speaker on a subject of general interest; and

A programme of additional social events for members and their families is also a feature of every year. Officers and the Council of the club are elected annually and they take the lead in drawing up a programme of activities and projects, but all members are actively involved through membership of committees dealing with the local community, international affairs, youth projects and the internal management of the club itself.

The club has supported many local initiatives, including Riding for the Disabled, drugs education in schools and the local Cransley Hospice. This does not always mean just raising money; hands-on support is also an important part of the club's contributions. The club also supports international projects around the globe, as well as responding to disaster appeals.

A warm welcome awaits you if you are interested in finding out more about Rotary. If you have recently moved to Kettering or have retired and would like to make new friends and contacts, joining a Rotary Club is an ideal way of doing so.

We have a wide range of ages and backgrounds in the Club. Most important of all, we are active and enthusiastic in helping the community and those less fortunate, whilst having fun and fellowship ourselves. Visiting Rotarians are always welcome.

We look forward to seeing you.
